1. Acceptance of Terms
By contacting BHY Services, submitting a service request, or scheduling an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
BHY Services provides residential Air Duct Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning, Chimney Services, and Garage Door Services in Los Angeles CA, Houston TX, Tampa FL, and Naples FL. Service availability may vary by location.
3. Written Estimates
A written estimate will be provided to you before any work begins. No charges will be applied without your explicit approval of the estimate. Estimates are based on the scope of work assessed at the time of the technician's inspection.
4. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability in your area. BHY Services will make reasonable efforts to confirm same-day or next-day scheduling where capacity permits. Appointment windows are estimates and may shift due to operational conditions.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us at least two hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than two hours' notice may result in a service call fee to cover technician dispatch costs.
6. Technician Standards
All technicians dispatched by BHY Services are employees or direct contractors who have passed background checks. BHY Services does not use unvetted subcontractors. Technicians carry applicable licensing and insurance as required by state and local regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
BHY Services' liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, incidental damages, or losses unrelated to the performed service.
8. Changes to These Terms
BHY Services reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the effective date noted below. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. SMS Communications
BHY Services may send SMS text messages to phone numbers you provide through our contact form or appointment scheduling process. SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have explicitly opted in by checking the consent checkbox on our contact form.
9a. Types of SMS Messages
SMS messages sent by BHY Services may include: appointment confirmation and reminders, technician dispatch and arrival notifications, service estimate delivery, and customer support responses related to your active service request.
9b. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the status and activity of your service request and appointment. You may receive multiple messages during an active appointment cycle. We do not send unsolicited promotional messages.
9c. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent and received. These charges are assessed by your mobile carrier and are not collected by BHY Services. Contact your carrier for details on your messaging plan.
9d. How to Unsubscribe (STOP)
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from BHY Services. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.
9e. How to Get Assistance (HELP)
If you need assistance, reply HELP to any SMS message from BHY Services. You will receive a response with our contact information and instructions. You may also reach us directly by phone or email during posted business hours.
9f. Consent Is Not Required
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service from BHY Services. You may request a service and decline SMS communications without affecting your eligibility for service.
9g. Data Handling
